- Dark Brotherhood Armor Mod Skyrim
So, you’re about to start an exciting new adventure in Tamriel. Maybe you’ve played Skyrim before. Maybe this is your first go-around. If you’re playing on console, a wealth of options are now available to you, all thanks to the power of mods.
Accessing mods is easy: there should be an option right on the main menu:
Once selected, you will be prompted to sign in to your Bethesda account. If you don’t have one, you can make on here. From there, you should be able to see the most popular mods, highly rated mods, and more:
It’s literally just a matter of selecting your preferred mod, and downloading it. Easy. Do note that if you have mods active, your save file will disable achievements and trophies.
It’s also worth noting that, depending on what platform you are playing on, your options will greatly differ. Unfortunately, on PS4, mods are more limited—Bethesda says that PS4 mods will not be able to use “external assets,” which is a bummer. Some of the most famous, classic Skyrim mods, like the one that replaces Dragons with Thomas the Tank Engine, use all sorts of outside assets. Alas.
You can see this limitation on display when you compare the mod offerings. PS4, as of this writing, only has 47 mods on day one. Xbox One, by contrast, has 122. Both will gain many more mods as the days go on, but if you have a choice between the two versions, I’d suggest going with Xbox One—no shade, but that platform has more options. Bethesda says that in terms of storage available, you get 5 GB of mods on Xbox One and 1 GB of mods on PS4 as well.
With all of that said, what should you download? While you can view mods through the in-game interface, you can also sort through them on the official Bethesda website. Online, if you are logged in, you can queue up mods to download on your console, which is handy.

Here’s what you should get, ranging from serious mods to totally ridiculous tweaks. It’s not Skyrim unless it’s both hardcore yet absurd, after all.

“A comprehensive bugfixing mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special Edition. Call of Trainwiz, by TrainWiz
“People have often asked me “Trainwiz, if you are a wizard, and a train wizard, what train spells do you know?” So, to show those people, I created this mod. It adds a shout that, when used, will create an effect similar to Alduin’s meteor shower spell. Except instead of meteors, they’re trains. It will rain trains. You have read this correctly, and you have been warned. I take no responsibility for any damages sustained while it’s raining [censored] trains.”

Cutting Room Floor, by Arthmoor
![Dark Dark](/uploads/1/2/3/7/123711171/136995713.jpg)
“A content restoration mod for Skyrim and the official DLCs. From the depths of the ether, or just the cutting room floor, comes forth several NPCs, some quests, and other miscellaneous content which was created but never implemented in the game. If ever you had the feeling that Skyrim was missing something, you were probably right! This mod should relieve a bit of that. Villages that were supposed to exist have been brought back. Quests that were partially implemented have been completed. Various items have been restored that were still in the data files. NPCs have been brought back to the game and given homes where appropriate. Plus plenty of other random bits of stuff that was mentioned in the game but didn’t exist yet.”

Immersive Poisoned Apples, by Bombchu
Advertisement
“Purification of Skyrim is my love letter to Oblivion’s Dark Brotherhood questline. After finding the recipe, you’ll be able to craft Poisoned Apples at any cooking station if you have the ingredients. You can then offer the them to denizens of Skyrim in conversation, depending on your relationship with the individual and your speechcraft skill. Also, depending whom you ask, you might see surprising responses ;) You’ll also be able to sneak them into the pockets of unsuspecting victims to be discovered and consumed soon after. Note that this method does not work when used on members of the Thieve’s Guild.”
Elemental Destruction Magic, by reaperix
“Elemental Destruction Magic Adds earth, water, and wind as new types of destruction magic. Besides dealing the same amount of health damage as their vanilla counterparts, each new type of destruction magic has a unique secondary effect as well. Water spells stop enemy Magicka and Stamina regeneration for several seconds, earth spells stop Health regeneration and have a chance to stagger targets, and wind spells have a chance to blow targets away. This mod contains 30 new spells, including 24 destruction spells, 6 conjuration spells, 3 weapon enchantments, and 3 armor enchantments, and 6 new perks. New spell casting enemies that use these new spells have also been added. This mod also includes the spell Ash Cloak, to replace the vanilla Whirlwind Cloak spell and adds a new Dragon Priest masks for each element.”

Campfire: Complete Camping System, by Chesko
“Campfire is the most feature-rich camping gameplay mod for Skyrim, and the foundation of Frostfall. You are immediately granted two new Survival Skills, found in your Magic menu: Resourcefulness, and Instincts. Build a campfire from a small, fragile spark to a roaring blaze, and use it to cook with a cooking pot (or just grill right over the flames). Sit with your followers, keep warm, and let the larger campfires uplift and inspire you (granting a small XP bonus). Create tents at any tanning rack. Stalk your prey using Instincts to see the sounds of nearby moving creatures, and be able to smell the dead (and undead!) from a long distance. Create and buy camping equipment using items in the world around you. Build 4 different kinds of tents, create tanning racks, a portable enchanting kit, and more. Use found deadwood to build hatchets, arrows, and other useful creations. You can create over a dozen useful items on-the-spot no matter where you are in Skyrim.”

Frostfall: Hypothermia Camping Survival, by Chesko
“REQUIRES CAMPFIRE: COMPLETE CAMPING SYSTEM. 3.3 RELEASED. EXPECT UPDATES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT! ENJOY! You are now prepared to face a colder, harsher Skyrim. The three main components of Frostfall are hypothermia, cold water survival, and camping. Frostfall adds a deep, immersive level of gameplay to Skyrim, while keeping tedium to a minimum. An immersion mod should never get in the way of having fun. Frostfall tracks your location, weather, time of day, worn clothing, and more, to determine your current condition in a seamless way that feels easy to jump into and start playing. It is highly customizable, whether you’re looking for a lightweight immersion enhancement or a deeper challenge.”

Beast Skeletons, by Prometheus
“The Elder scrolls world feature several races, but , don’t you find strange that in all dungeons and caves you only find human skeletons and skulls? This mod solves this little immersion problem by adding new skeletons for all races in a lore and non intrusive way . After all Skyrim is still a human dominated land so those beast skeletons will be rare, but yet , now will exhist in world.”

The Forgotten City, by The Modern Storyteller
The Forgotten City is an award-winning, critically acclaimed expansion mod offering a unique 6 - 8 hour experience: a murder mystery investigation set in an ancient underground city. You’ll need to solve it using your wits, and the ability to travel through time. It has a dark, non-linear story in which you’ll interrogate suspects, explore the city and its many secrets, and navigate challenging moral dilemmas. It features multiple endings, an original orchestral score, and professionally voiced dialogue.

Rain and Snow FX, by Chesko
Rain and Snow FX allows your character to show frost and wetness (complete with dripping particle effects) when in the rain and in snowstorms. Your skin will also be wet during and just after swimming. When the weather clears or you walk into an interior, the effect will quickly go away. When in the snow, your skin and armor will ice over in a noticeable way. When in the rain, the effect is more subtle, but your skin will be shiny and dripping.

Ars Metallica by Arthmoor
A simple mod to expand on the crafting system in Skyrim. The crafting system is one of Skyrim’s better features, but for thieves and archers, there’s not much use for the system. Light armor is dead easy to come by in already finished forms, but arrows can sometimes be scarce in the types you may want. Lockpicks have been known to be somewhat scarce too, yet are relatively basic to construct.

Alternate Start - Live Another Life, by Arthmoor
Misery and despair have haunted you all your life. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, you’ve been arrested and thrown in the dungeons. Your trial was supposed to be weeks ago, only nobody has come for you. It’s been so long since seeing daylight you no longer know what month it is anymore. The dungeon is cold, damp, and worse still, you’re running out of food. At least you have that leak in the wall for water. It seems as though you’ve been forgotten, soon to rot away and die.
The eight have forsaken you! Or.. have they? Live Another Life provides an alternative means to start the game for those who do not wish to go through the lengthy intro sequence at Helgen. You will be given the opportunity to choose your race and then choose a new life for your character to lead. A wide variety of choices will be available. What you choose will have a lasting impact, so choose carefully or the gods may forsake you again!

All dialogue is voiced using the original voices from the game, achieved through re-adding existing dialogue in new and suitable places, as well as editing together multiple lines to form brand new dialogue.

Rich Merchants of Skryim, by Micah Ghost
This is a simple mod that increases the extremely low vinilla merchant gold level to 10,000 gold for every merchant in game.
Immersive Indigestion, by AlpineYJ
This mod adds some indigestion to most of the NPCs in Skyrim. In other words, they now burp and expel flatulence. This is especially so when they are eating, exerting large amounts of effort (swinging a weapon), or when they discuss parts of the civil war with you. Yes, some of the sounds I created myself using my own indigestion. I won’t tell you which ones. :)

Ring Of Increased Carry Weight by Micah Ghost
A simple mod that adds a one ring that gives the wearer 1000 points of extra carry weight per ring, and another that adds 1000000 carry weight. It’s your choice.

Katnip for Khajiits
This mod adds dried catnip to Skyrim, purchasable from the Khajiit caravans. If you are a Khajiit, the effects will be like that of a drug - similar to how catnip affects cats in the real world. First, you’ll get a hit from the initial intake - the world will seem as though it’s in overdrive for a few seconds (using the Slow effect). Once this has worn off, you’ll see through a drugged haze (using the Sleeping Tree Sap effect), but your power in illusion will increase, as your perception of other realities is boosted. You will also find that your hunting instincts are sharpened (one-handed skill fortified by 10%).

P.S. Make sure to read the full description for these mods - in order for them to work, you will sometimes need additional files / other standalone mods.

Now this may seem too much but I think it would be awesome if this was implemented. The Dark Brotherhood’s Return
At the conclusion of the Dark Brotherhood I felt it was not lively enough. Two additional initiates, Nazir, Babette and Cicero if you kept him alive. Still a weak faction however my idea is the Brotherhood should have the drive for expansion. My proposal is that Nazir should have a new dialogue option upon completion of, lets say 10 contracts from the night mother, to start expansion. Once the above requirement has been met the player should be able to approach Nazir and implement the original tenets and structure of the Dark Brotherhood. Simply put the player should anoint Nazir as one of the hand and the contracts the player gets from the night mother he should pass to Nazir and one of the initiates goes and completes the contract and all gold earned that would be earned form the contract gets added to a general pool that the player does not receive or have access to. After 5 or so contracts are completed and a gold requirement is met the option to recruit more members will pop up in Nazi’rs dialogue. The recruiting can be similar to the Thieves guild recruitment. After so many contracts are fulfilled merchants show up, a Fletcher, smith a magic vendor and Babette should have an increased inventory of wares. In addition to these recruitments the player could have the option of gathering more initiates either from followers or Nazir can tell the player of a potential candidate and the player goes to recruit the NPC. Once the dawnstar Sanctuary has been restored to a fully functional Base of Operations, a set number of contracts are fulfilled the player then should have the option of restoring the Falkreath Sanctuary. By doing this and spending a vast amount of gold the Player then can find a new member of the hand that Nazir or Cicero could pinpoint. Once that quest is done and the gold is spent to fix the Falkreath Sanctuary over the course of time through scripted events the Falkreath Sanctuary will be fully restored and populated with new members. Also afterwards have scripted events where when you walk into a town there is a small chance you will see a brother or sister casually leaving the city as if returning to their home sanctuary from a contract.
Plus I would love to be involved if a team would like to assemble although my CK skills are meager at best.
Also if someone is willing to take part in making this a reality please inform me because although my CK skills are lacking I can aid in story elements and NPCs and such.

Skyrim is absolutely littered with quests. Though you're introduced to the game through the main story, it can be ignored entirely almost from the off for you to find adventures in any direction you choose.
That said, it's worth paying attention to certain quest lines to get the most out of the game, many of which belong to varius Skyrim guilds and factions, such as The Dark Brotherhood, the Thieves' Guild and College of Winterhold, each with their own cast, playstyles and rewards, so if you're stuck for choice, we recommend picking up one of these questlines.
Though you'll hear whispers about them from townsfolk across Skyrim, they aren't the easiest to locate. Here's where and how you can start each major faction's quest lines. While we'll briefly describe what each one is about, from there we'll leave you on your own..

How to join Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, College of Winterhold and other Skyrim guilds and factions
Here is where to join each of the game's factions. Note there is also Dawnguard, which was added part of the game's first expansion of the same name, which we describe as part of our how to join Hearthfire DLC page.
Bards College
A faction with only a handful of quests, joining a group of bards and scholars is at least a little different to what else there is in the game. Just don't expect a lot of 'lute' in it for you.
To join, go to Solitude and find the Bards College - it's in the centre of the city, on the fork headed towards the bridge, next to one of Skyrim's Houses, Proudspire Manor.
Inside, you should be greeted by headmaster Viarmo when you enter, who will give you your first quest.
The Blades
This is faction of dragon hunters that you'll encounter as part of the main story. When you do, there's the option to do a couple of additional quests for them - chat to Delphine to learn more.
Civil War
Introduced to you at the very start of the the game, Skyrim is a battleground for the Imperial and Stormcloak factions. Technically one questline, you have to choose between either side and play your part in it unfolding. Feel free to start either, but note 'The Jagged Crown' is by which you point you must pick either one.
Stormcloaks: Go to Wildhelm, and head to the Palace of Kings - it's the huge structure more of less straight ahead as you enter the city - and watch the conversation unfold between Ulfric and Galmar in the hall. When it's over, speak to Ulfric, then Galmar, to get the ball rolling on this faction.
Imperials: Head to Castle Dour in Solitude - you can find it more or less straight ahead when you first enter from the overworld, then enter a door on the left - and chat to Legate Rikke inside. She'll test you by going to Fort Hraggstad, kicking off the quest line.
The Companions
One of the first factions you'll come across, if you're following the story, this is more aligned with fighting-type character roles. What makes them notable - spoilers incoming - is along the questline you'll also have the chance to become a werewolf.
To join, visit the Jorrvaskr in Whiterun (it's up the steps next to the giant tree in the middle of the town) and locate Kodlak Whitemane - we found him downstairs in the Living Quarters chatting to Vilkas.
College of Winterhold
Based in the northern most city of Winterhold, these have you helping a guild of mages and, as such, helps to have some magick-skills at hand. You'll have to interact with this faction as part of the main story, but you can obviously ignore it and join at your own request.
To join, head to Winterhold and go to stone bridge in the middle of the town and attempt to enter. Faralda will stop you and say only those who can offer something to the College can proceed. She'll require you to cast a spell to prove your worth; if you say you don't know it, she'll sell it to you for 30 Gold. Cast it on the ground next to her and she'll let you in.
If you're unfamiliar with magick, equip it like a weapon (go into your main menu, then Spells) and attach it to your left or right hand. If you don't have enough Magicka (if you aren't a high enough level, for example) then you can try unlocking Skills in that discipline to make it cheaper, equip a Magicka boosting item, or consume a Magicka increasing item - such as Elsweyr Fondue - to let you cast it and go on through and get the ball rolling.

The Dark Brotherhood
This fan-favourite faction is a guild of secretive assassins that you may hear about on your travels, and is one well worth joining. While any character can join, it perhaps favours characters with stealth builds.
To join, go to Windhelm, and walk round the streets until you hear about Aventus Aretino trying to contact the Dark Brotherhood.
Head to the Aventus Residence - the easiest way to get there is to take the passage on the right before you enter the Palace of Kings - and lockpick your way into the easy Novice lock. Speak to Aventus Aretino inside to start the 'Innocence Lost' questline.
Thieves Guild
As the name suggests, expect to join an underground band of thieves that specialise in a variety of illegal activities.
To join, find Brynjolf in Riften. He can usually be found outside by the market stalls in the centre of the city. He should approach you automatically when you get near, and will start the 'A Chance Encounter' quest that involves a spot of pickpocketing to kick off the Thieves' Guild questline.

Dark Brotherhood Armor Mod Skyrim Special Edition
The Dark Brotherhood is a guild of professional assassins which historically possessed considerable influence and power but has recently fallen on considerably harder times. It is similar to Morrowind'sMorag Tong, but despite a common misconception, it is a completely separate organization; also, the legality of this organization is much more limited than that of its older cousin. The leader of the Dark Brotherhood was the Night Mother, but now that role has fallen to Astrid. The Dark Brotherhood also has a contact in the RiftenThieves Guild. In Skyrim, you can choose to either join the Dark Brotherhood and take on assassinations for hire, or destroy the Brotherhood's last remaining chapter.
- 5Quests
Joining[edit]
Welcome to the Family
Joining the Dark Brotherhood requires you to first complete the quest Innocence Lost. You can start that quest by overhearing a rumor that Aventus Aretino is performing a ritual called the Black Sacrament, speaking to Aventus yourself, or by talking to the orphans of Honorhall Orphanage in Riften about Aventus Aretino.
After completing Innocence Lost, you will be able to join the Dark Brotherhood in the quest With Friends Like These..
Destroying the Dark Brotherhood[edit]
Dark Brotherhood Armor Mod Skyrim
To destroy the Dark Brotherhood, kill Astrid instead of a hostage when you arrive in the shack during the quest With Friends Like These.. You will then fail that quest, and the quest Destroy the Dark Brotherhood! will appear in its place. This will be your only opportunity to attack the Dark Brotherhood.
Advantages to Joining[edit]
The Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary
- Free access to the Sanctuary, although it can also be accessed while destroying the Dark Brotherhood.
- Inside the Sanctuary is a word wall for the Dragon ShoutMarked for Death and an Unusual Gem.
- Access to the Dawnstar Sanctuary, which has some useful items when upgraded, also becomes available near the end of the questline.
- This includes Dark Brotherhood Initiates, who cannot be killed, and a space with attributes similar to a house.
- Cicero will offer to follow you during adventures if spared during The Cure for Madness.
- You receive your own set of shrouded armor, which boosts several of the skills most useful to an assassin. The only other source of this armor is named Dark Brotherhood members.
- You may obtain shrouded robes, shoes, hood, and hand wraps, which yield no armor rating but have other enchantments useful to assassins.
- Ancient Shrouded Armor is also attainable by completing optional questlines.
- The Blade of Woe, a dagger with higher base damage than all other daggers except the dragonbone dagger(DG), which has the same base damage.
- Windshear, a unique scimitar with a powerful stagger effect.
- The unique horseShadowmere, which has the highest health and stamina of any horse available to you.
- The Summon Spectral Assassin power.
- All Dark Brotherhood members are friendly to blood-starved vampires (stage 4), and can be fed upon.
- This is no longer a unique benefit if the Dawnguard add-on is installed.
- Access to Babette, the Master Trainer for Alchemy, and Nazir, the Master Trainer for Light Armor.

- Take the Hidden Treasure: Torture the Brotherhood's prisoners for treasure. (This quest activates after purchasing the torture room for the Dawnstar Sanctuary.)
Radiant Conversations[edit]
There is a radiant dialogue system for the Dark Brotherhood members. The conversation starts with a random line from one participant. This is followed with a random line in response, and a further random question by the first speaker. The final line is still randomly selected, but each member of the Brotherhood has a choice of three unique lines and two generic lines to finish with. Some members have more than three unique lines, but they can only use three depending on the second participant. Other members in the vicinity may chip in with random generic phrases depending on the stage of the conversation.

Anyone | 'So, is it true?' |
'I heard about what happened..'
'Tell me, brother/sister. Are the stories true?'
'Your latest exploit certainly has the Sanctuary talking..'
'Come now. What everyone else is saying. It can't possibly be true..'
Astrid to Arnbjorn* | 'Tell me, husband. Is it true what I've heard?' |
Arnbjorn to Astrid* | 'Astrid, I've been hearing some, er.. interesting things, from the others.. about what you did when you left the Sanctuary last week..' |
Anyone | 'You're referring to that blacksmith contract?' |
'You must be talking about the caravan job..'
'Word certainly travels fast, doesn't it?'
'The temple contract? Well, I certainly won't deny my involvement. He he he he he.'
'The Redoran contract? Yes, you heard correctly. In and out of Vvardenfell in less than forty eight hours.'
'Ah, you must mean my little adventure on the ship..'
'Oh, you mean in that manor house? During the thunderstorm? Heh. What can I say? It happened, just like you heard.'
Anyone | 'But to be outnumbered twenty to one..' |
'You infiltrated the position, eliminated the target, and made it look like an accident. Impressive. I'd say you earned your bonus on that one!'
'To kill triplets, secretly, and then have the whole thing blamed on the mother. Remarkable.'
'By Sithis, you slew everyone! Well, except for that one you kept alive, to serve as witness. Does your wickedness, or your skill, know no bounds?'
'But really. A horker, some twine, three wood elves, and a hatchet? Points for creativity, if nothing else.'
'It's the part with the severed head I find most impressive. My compliments.'
'I'm just trying to imagine you hiding inside the body of a mammoth. Bloody brilliant idea.'
Anyone but Astrid | 'It was a suicide mission! Astrid said as much. Yet here you stand, hale and hearty.' |
Nazir | 'It's all thanks to a special technique I developed. I call it the 'Razor-Winged Butterfly.' I'd teach it to you.. but then I'd have to kill you.' |
'Yeah, well, don't expect many more stories like that in my future. I'm getting old. Being that amazing takes too much damn effort.'
'Hmph. Been awhile since I've actually cleaved someone in two. Forgot how hard it was to get the scimitar back out.'
Festus Krex | 'Let that be a lesson to you young pups. There is no challenge that magic cannot overcome.' |
'Bah! A child could have accomplished it. Such is the power of the arcane. If you only knew of the spells I didn't use. He he he he he.'
'What? You think me too old, too feeble? There is more knowledge in me than in two of you pups put together. And knowledge.. knowledge is my weapon.'
Arnbjorn (not talking to Astrid)* | 'Once again, you have underestimated me. You see the man, brutish and hulking. But I am wolf as well. Deliberate. Cunning.' |
Only between Arnbjorn and Astrid* | 'Romantic, isn't? Like that time we first met. Remember that? Never seen so much blood. Ah, to be young again..' |
Arnbjorn | 'When I am become wolf, I am treachery incarnate. And then, then.. there is no one who can stand between the hunter and his prey.' |
'When I first received the blessing of the wolf, my creator gave me a valuable piece of advice. 'Arnbjorn,' he said. 'Never lose!' And I never do.'
Veezara | 'He he. Don't forget that I am Shadowscale. I was, quite literally, born to kill.' |
'It was a simple matter, really, when one has mastered the art of camouflage. Scale becomes stone, becomes shadow. Then.. death.'
'My greatest challenge was deciding which weapon to use, for I am prone to indecision. Bow, dagger.. axe? In the end, I opted for my claws.'
Babette | 'In truth? It was so easy, I feel a bit guilty. Once again, the sweet, innocent child earned more trust than was wise.' |
'You give me too much credit. For how could I fail? I am, after all, just a little girl. What threat could I possibly pose? He he he he he.'
'I am the perfect weapon. My innocent, childish form grants me nearly unrestricted access. Poison or a good bite usually takes care of the rest.'
Gabriella | 'I am but a humble instrument of Sithis. Our Dread Father guides me. Therefore, failure is an impossibility.' |
'In the end, I relied on a woman's natural weapons - beauty and seduction. The rest was a formality. Though, a rather wet, messy formality..'
'When one can divine the future, success may not be assured.. but it can at least be anticipated. It helps that I've already foretold my own death.'
Astrid talking to Arnbjorn* | 'Come now, dear husband. You above all people should know what I'm capable of.' |
'Unscrupulous daring. It's why you fell in love with me, my dear.'
Astrid | 'Sometimes I just need to remind everyone why I'm the one in charge.' |
'I guess I got tired of handing out contracts to everyone else, while I stayed home playing den mother. It was good to get out, and have some fun.'
'I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy myself. But more importantly, I made this Sanctuary some much needed gold. In the end, that's all that matters.'
Anyone | 'Well, I just did what had to be done. Nothing more. Nothing less. I'm just glad I lived to tell the tale.' |
'Ah, contracts like that are few and far between, it seems. Makes me long for the old days..' |
* These options are only available between these two NPCs, however they can still use other options when talking to each other.
Notes[edit]
- Joining the Brotherhood adds a few lines of NPC dialogue, like with other factions. Some guards will say 'Psst, I know who you are.. Hail Sithis.'
- Sometimes you may encounter a Dark Brotherhood assassin who carries a contract for your assassination as a random occurrence. This will only happen if you have not completed Innocence Lost.
- Contracts carried out by The Dark Brotherhood are illegal, unlike a Morag Tongwrit. Therefore, it is vital that no one else sees you commit a murder while carrying out a mission in a city or settlement.
- Many targets have dialogue options which will provoke them, causing them to initiate combat with you. It is therefore advisable to try provoking targets before killing them to avoid incurring a bounty, especially if you are not particularly skilled at stealth.
- Most targets are located in such a spot that there will be a vantage point from which you can make a stealthy bow kill.
- If you have the Misdirection perk and pickpocket Astrid before joining the Brotherhood and steal the Blade of Woe, then pick up her Blade during the quest Death Incarnate, you can have two of these unique weapons.
- Battle for Solitude will lock at least one Dark Brotherhood quest, including Bound Until Death. Astrid will simply say 'You! You're responsible for the siege of Solitude! By Sithis, this undermines all our plans! Fool! Finish that mess, and only then will we speak!'
